Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer Error Codes

How to Activate Diagnostic Test Mode

Error codes can help you pinpoint the cause of your dryer’s malfunction.  Not all of the error codes below will be displayed during a regular dryer cycle.  To see all stored error codes for your Whirlpool Cabrio, you will need to do the following:

1. Be sure the dryer is in standby mode (plugged in with all indicators off, or with only the Clothes Dry indicator on).

2. Select any one button (except Pause/Cancel) and follow the steps below, using the same button (remember the button):

Press/Hold 2 – 5 seconds > Press/Hold 2 – 5 seconds > Press/Hold 2 – 5 seconds > Press/Hold 2 – 5 seconds > Press/Hold 2 – 5 seconds
